Yoga On Centre is Pittsburgh's only Iyengar Yoa Studio. We are detail oriented and teach specific actions within each pose. Instead of moving through the postures quickly, we hold them to reap deeper effects. We use props to help people with any level of ability, or disability, to access the poses.
