Studio D Yoga provides a healing space for a variety of practices. We offer breathwork, sound healing, art workshops and journaling, trauma informed meditation and mindfulness, and a variety of special events. (Studio D is also available for rental for trainings, private sessions, and an assortment of private events.) Our yoga students range in age from 35-85. Read more
