The PT's assess and treat the whole person - not just an injury or symptom - through traditional PT methods, manual therapy & therapeutic exercise, including Pilates-based exercise. We are also a DANCE MEDICINE clinic, serving the performing arts community!

The Certified Pilates Instructors offer private or semi-private (no more than 3 person) sessions focusing on the individual & integrating the key principles of Pilates. Read more
