Equipped with the top-of-the-line equipment and experienced instructors, our studio is where all ages and abilities can enjoy one of our many classes. Our owner, Randi Stone, founded our business in 2016 to share her passion for Pilates with others. She fell in love with the exercise in 1999 after needing it to rehabilitate from back surgery. Here r the before pics. The open white space is the main studio. The narrow space with the blue carpeting is the room to sublet. (You need to have a great vision to see how nice the former can be. Trust me!)
