Breath is another influential component of Ksenia's practice. A Vipassana practitioner, she emphasizes the importance and countless benefits of the connection with the breath through teaching Yoga, Mediation, and Pranayama. Essentially every Reiki session with her starts and ends with therapeutic Breath Work techniques or elements of Yogic Breathing. Ksenia uses an intuitive integrative approach in her healing sessions and employs skill in many modalities to help her clients achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual balance on the journey to their higher potential. CREDENTIALS: 500 hour Massage Therapy Course, specializing in Anatomy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic, Hydrotherapy, Acupressure, Shiatsu Massage; 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, ERYT; Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training; Usui Reiki Master Teacher Training. Ikigai Coaching Program. REIKI ENERGY HEALING & CHAKRA BALANCING Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, and relaxation. Along with Chakra balancing, Breath work, meditation, and sound healing are important components of Moon Yogi's energy healing sessions. Each treatment is followed by 10-15 min of integration. Length - 60 min. REIKI CLASSES Reiki 1, 2, and Master Teacher Level Classes. You can take levels 1 & 2 separately or together in one intensive class.
